- What has worked well for you concerning senior project this year? What has made it a positive experience for you?
- I think one thing that has made this a positive experience is the mentorship. I am actually able to go visit my mentor while they are in action in the courtroom. It gives me a different perspective on my topic, and allows me to expand my knowledge about Workers' Compensation Law.
- What are you finding difficult concerning senior project? How can you adapt to make that portion work better for you? How might the senior team help?
- Something I am having trouble finding difficult is thinking of an independent component. I'm not sure exactly what I can do as an independent component for Workers' Compensation Law. I know there is some activities I could do like mock trials. I know I can just do more mentorship hours, but I want to do something else but I don't know what I can do.
How can a lawyer ensure that their client receives the maximum amount of compensation they are entitled to?
