- What are you most proud of in your lesson, and why?
- What I am most proud of is the fact that I was able to condense a very big and complex topic into a ten minute presentation. Workers' Compensation Law has lots and lots of parts to it and it's really hard to try to explain everything about it in just ten minutes.
- What assessment would you give yourself on your lesson? Explain why you earned that grade using evidence from the component contract.
- I would give myself a P-. I would say this because I blanked out a few times and seemed unprepared at times. I did barely make time and I didn't do anything over the top to deserve more than what the minimum is.
- If you could go back, what would you change about your lesson? How can you use that knowledge to give a better Lesson 2?
- I would practice more often to memorize my points better. I knew what my points were that I wanted to talk about, but I forgot some small points about each of the big points.
How can a lawyer ensure that their client receives the maximum amount of compensation they are entitled to?
