Fourth Interview Questions






1.  Who do you plan to interview?  What is this person's area of expertise?

  • I plan on interviewing Carrie O'Connor, because I was unable to for Interview 3. She is a professional attorney in WOrkers' Compensation Law.
2.  Post 20 open-ended questions you want to ask an expert in the field concerning your senior project. Your focus should be finding answers to your EQ.

  • I’m interested in studying Workers’ Compensation Law. What can you tell me about it?
  • In your opinion, do you think Workers’ Compensation Law is one of the most complex law?
  • From your perspective, what could I study that would be significant to other people?
  • Why is there no jury for Workers’ Compensation trials?
  • Who else would you recommend I talk to?
  • What would someone have to do if they want to become an attorney?
  • What kinds of places or activities do you recommend I do for the mentorship component?
  • What materials should I read in this field?
  • Is it harder being a judge or an attorney?
  • What does the Expert with Disability Evaluation do?
  • How long have you been in the Workers’ Compensation field?
  • What degrees do you have and what school did you go to?
  • How long have you been an attorney and what firms did you work for?
  • When did you become interested in Workers’ Compensation?
  • Do you have a certain reputation in the field? If so, what is it?
