Blog 17 - Interview 4 Reflection

1. What is the most important thing I learned from the interview?  
• The most important thing I learned doing this interview is that the whole Workers' Compensation system is over complex, and that it is not doing what it was originally designed to do.
2. How will what I learned affect my final lesson?
• It will help me bring into perspective on the defense attorneys side of things. I have been focusing more on the applicant attorney side and not learning about the defense attorney side.
