- (1) What is your essential question, and what are your answers? What is your best answer and why?
- How can a lawyer ensure their client receives the maximum amount of compensation they are entitled to?
- 1) Communication between all parties involved
- 2) For lawyers to be more careful with the cases
- 3) For clients to be more cooperative with the other parties
- Communication between all parties involved is my best answer, because if the client fails to mention something, then it can completely change the case.
- (2) What process did you take to arrive at this answer?
- The process I took was a lot of research and personal experience. I would see cases where one side of the case doesn't know what the other side knows.
- (3) What problems did you face? How did you resolve them?
- I didn't face a lot of problems while I was finding this answer.
- (4) What are the two most significant sources you used to answer your essential question and why?
- Sullivan on Comp and Cornell University Law School
